High-quality stainless steel impeller housing, ideal for restoring water pump performance on a range of Mercury and Mariner outboards. Designed to replace the factory plastic housing for increased durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

Fits the following outboard types:

4-STROKE MODELS:
25 HP BigFoot (19982005)
30 HP 3 cylinders
40 HP 3 cylinders
50 HP 4 cylinders (non-BigFoot)

2-STROKE MODELS:
30 HP 2 Cyl, single carb (1995 and up, excluding serials starting with 0N0…)
40 HP 2 & 3 Cyl (1995 and up)
50 HP 3 Cyl (1998 and up, non-BigFoot)

Will fit only models with gear housing drive shaft 2:1 gear ratio. Standard gearbox only. Not compatible with BigFoot models- except 25 hp
